I don’t know why I started calling it kammani Sunni but it really one of the delicious dishes on earth!!! No exaggeration 🙂 That too when its made by my ammamma!!! I used to just peep into her house after my school to have a bite of kammani Sunni. Finally got her recipe but couldn’t recreate the same magic. But definitely good enough for a post and to pass on the tradition to my sons 🙂 Check this out for sure!
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
No of Servings: 12
Ingredients:
Toor Dal: 1/2 cup
Chana Dal: 1/2 cup
Urad Dal: 1/2 cup
Moong Dal: 1/2 cup
Putnalu/Roasted Gram: 1/2 cup
Red Chilies: 4-6.
Salt: As per taste
Method:
- Heat a pan and dry roast chana ,urad dal , moong, toor dal , red chilies and putnalu separately in it.
- After getting nice aroma, turn off the heat.
- Let it cool down for 15 mins.
- Blend it in mixer along with salt.
- Serve it with hot rice and ghee.
- Store it in an air tight container.
